XFunge provides software infrastructure, including a digital wallet and NFT-based membership and event ticket system, to clubs and organisations. We act as a Data Processor, processing personal data strictly on behalf of these clubs or organisations, who are the Data Controllers.

This policy applies only to personal data processed through XFunge’s website, applications, and software services. It does not apply to information collected offline or through systems operated independently by clubs or organisations.

Members and ticket holders access their credentials via the XFunge app, which displays only the minimum data required for identification and access.

3. Role of XFunge

Data Controller: The club or organisation that issues the membership or ticket determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.

Data Processor: XFunge provides the technical platform and processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the Controller.

- Email address or contact method for access or support

- Wallet identifier used to display the membership or ticket

- Technical device and app usage information for security and support

XFunge does not collect KYC documents, government identification, financial information, or data granting financial rights.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the XFunge service, including:

- Issuing and displaying digital memberships or tickets

- Maintaining secure wallet functionality

- Ensuring system security and integrity

XFunge may use third-party service providers such as cloud hosting providers. All such providers are bound by contractual data protection obligations.
